“Our cat suffered a paw injury and began limping and we started calling around vets but couldn’t get any soon appt, we called Gentle Care Vet and they got us in same day morning appt ! Same thing happened again when we needed an appt and again, we were given a same day appt. The Dr is patient and takes his time, he examined her, trimmed her nails, gave an antibiotic shot and prescription for home. He took time to show us how to administer the oral antibiotics as well. They are very responsive over the phone as well. Turns out our cat is somewhat injury prone since she wounded her ear recently and I wasn’t sure if it was an injury, ear infection, or ear mites and the Dr was able to look at pics of her ear and reassure me it wasn’t ear mites but a wound. Would highly recommend !”

“We brought our high anxiety German Shepard for sedated blood work and x-rays. No one else wanted to take her. My 1st call, they said bring her in, we will figure it out. They did! Dr. Taylor and his crew were so kind and helpful and good with my dog. The women who answer the phones and are at the front desk are awesome! Thank you for taking care of our Izzy and us. Thank you for treating her, answering our many questions and phone calls and always being helpful and kind and not rushing us.”
