Sherri, the ATT store manager, made the whole process as easy as she could because of her professionalism and expertise. Practically no one "wants" to change carriers but Sherri made sure we were satisfied with the whole process: new carrier, new phones, and a new dual line phone plan. “I just want to personally thank Valerie at this store. She was so friendly, helpful & definitely knows her stuff! She suggested a different idea on how to retrieve some sentimental photos & video on my damaged phone to transfer over to a different phone after the screen was unswipeable. She was successful in doing so & helped me save money in the process by allowing me more options as a result. Now I can take my time in purchasing a new phone, tablet & smartwatch without the pressure of losing my important data from my old phone.
