“Amazing service! Came in sept 5th around 4p and had my phone battery replaced in 1 hour. He gave me a phone call to come pick it up, when I got to the store he gave me alot of insight about what could go wrong in the future with my phone (phone related not replacement parts related) and even what was wrong & could be wrong with it now. Amazing service no scratches, no cracks, came out looking better then when it came in! Would recommend to anyone. Added before and after pictures.”

Very friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful since I had no idea what was the best route to go in order to get the best deal. I dealt with the store manager Quintez, SO polite and welcoming from the beginning. Walked me through everything and made the process so easy. “I recently switched carriers to t-mobile. The experience was a pleasant one. Cathleen was the associate that help me, what a professional!!! If I had to set up our phones myself I’d probably still be doing it. Cathleen stayed and helped me 2hrs. after the tire closed. I hope she got overtime pay for that cause she deserved it. As you can tell my experience in the store was pleasant and I recommend this location. “Never too busy at this Target location, making it the best for leisurely perusing aisles. Feels a little smaller than other locations and doesn't have some of the newer updates like displays in the decor area, beauty displays, clothing sorted by brand labels, or updated fitting rooms. I don't mind too much though because sometimes it's easier to find things. The area where they store the drive-up orders has slowly expanded into the women's clothing area, so it tends to feel cramped and can be a little difficult getting through with a cart. Otherwise, the staff here are always nice and helpful, and the store itself is pretty clean. Wish there were more stores in this plaza aside from Target, I think it would draw in more business at this location.”

“Great store to deal with. While driving home from a road trip my phone would not work properly, called Verizon tech service with the wife's phone. Spent 2.5 hours on the phone with them while driving and even stopped in a store in Wisconsin, nothing worked. Stopped in my hometown store and tim was great, fixed it in about 4 minutes. Tim gave us great customer service. We will continue to do business there”
