“After 20 years with another cell phone carrier, we decided to select a different one since the original was beginning to seriously lack in signal quality. Sherri, the ATT store manager, made the whole process as easy as she could because of her professionalism and expertise. Practically no one "wants" to change carriers but Sherri made sure we were satisfied with the whole process: new carrier, new phones, and a new dual line phone plan. In short, she was great and I would gladly recommend her to anyone wanting ATT service.”

“I was told to go to this store if I wanted the latest tech and offerings from T-Mobile. I didn't want to travel, but it did end up being worth it. This location is much nicer than any other location I have visited. The employees were all personable, respectful and very pleasant despite them dealing with a plumbing issue when I visited. They understood how the devices worked, how to fix problems without calling other places and they were truly sorry I had a problem and needed to come to them. I believe Stephanie helped me as we discussed our bearded dragons and love of animals. I'll fix her name if I'm wrong as this will be the only store I go to now. 5 stars out of 5 stars for everything. The phone staff were professional when I called and everyone was busy with customers. I think this is the most well put together T-Mobile I've ever seen. I attribute 80 percent of this review to the staff and 50 percent of that is easily just Stephanie if not way more.”

He was extremely dedicated to finding me the phone that was right for me, and he made it fun and enjoyable. I recommend coming to see Eddie or any of his associates at this cricket store in North Aurora. Save yourself the trouble and the hassle, and let these people take good care of you, especially Eddie. “I walked into the store and was greeted by a great services provider, Rusty. He knows his products and went over and beyond to assist me with a phone for my mom who is a senior citizen. Rusty did not rush me with all the questions I had and made me feel relaxed and I would highly recommend this location. You get more from your buck when you are able to work with a retail provider vs someone over the phone.”

“Stopped in here to investigate watch options for my nine year old today. Got quick, thorough information. The young guy (w/ dark curly hair) told me UP FRONT about the related fees! He also didn't put any pressure on with "limited time deal" gimmicks. Just normal, good service. I probably wouldn't be so impressed if I had never been to the Russell owned store in Sugar Grove in the past, but here we are. Thanks for being good and normal.”

Received my replacement phone in less than 48 hours however I had to go into the store because for some reason the SIM card wasn't reading in my replacement phone I received. The Douglas road Montgomery, Illinois location had a nice young lady there working who was able to help me with my service issue.”
“Stopped in today to get my phone upgraded and I was met with the best phone experience of my life and one of the best customer service experiences ever. I believe his name was Andy, he was extremely helpful, fun to chat with, and worked through every question or issue that came up. He had said he worked for t-mobile for 17 years and I am honestly blown away with this employee as a business owner myself. I might be the first person to ever say every hour I waited there was enjoyable solely thanks to him. He is the gold standard and management should be proud to have him there.”
