“My subway cell phone broke and they charged me $180 for one, I went to Future Mobile store Guatemala and they gave me a free cell phone with three months of balance and I am going to pay $25 monthly with unlimited Internet, in the subway I paid $65 now if it is very Expensive compared to this store, quality of customer service in my Q'eqchi language.”

“I came here to this location and needed help with my phone being reconnected. After being to the new york location and had no help whatsoever. I had already paid to have it turned on and when I came in he was quick to help us and got the issue resolved very quickly within five minutes he also gave us a bottle of water while we waited. My phone was reactivated in no time at all and I suggest this store over any other”

“Jessie at the Farnworth Ave, Aurora did a SPECTACULAR job re-instateing me back to Total Wireless. I had (unfortunately) to leave because I lost my job and couldn't afford NOBODY. I went on one of my relatives Verizon acct., and she was nice enough to pay the way until I got my feet back on the ground. I couldn't STAND being directly on Verizon themselves, and couldn't wait to get back on my beloved Total Wireless (even though they are owned by Verizon). I am a MVNO customer all the way, and I choose Total ONLY because I had dealt with them before. Had Straight Talk at first...cancelled...and have never been back. I'm old fashioned for the fact that I still enjoy walking into an ACTUAL brick and mortar store and talk to a LIVE human being...rather than a computer.”

“We brought my brother's phone in because it wasn't working. He was eligible for an upgrade which we expected. Andrea said she'd try to get embedded add off, it was a really hidden one, and back up his info incase she couldn't fix the problem and he'd have to get new phone. She couldn't have been nicer. She worked on it while we were there, I had to be somewhere so we left it with her and came back the next day. She fix it! She really knew what she was doing, taking care of everyone that came in professionally as well. I highly recommend this Boost store. If I could give 10 stars I would.”
