“Customer service.This location has set the bar, my daughter and friends were driving home from Chicago. In the snowstorm, thank you so much. I'm not going to and wound up hitting a curb after filling up on fuel. Car was picked up by another company and this is where it started, I spoke with Robin she stated that they had not received the car. She said let me make a few calls, less then 5 she found it.
We are 4 hours away, Robin during this entire process assured me that they would handle everything. They did 100%, I am so thankful this mishap happened and they were assigned. They cared, understood and followed through, Robin, Matt and team have earned a customer for life. If anyone i know has any issues in Pontiac, Im sending them to Robin.
