“I brought them a junkyard fender that was scratched up, but at least had no dents. They did a fantastic job color matching the old fender. Was afraid I would have to install the junkyard fender and bring it in to get painted/blend into the rest of the car.
Nice guys to talk with, and overall great turnaround time. Definitely would bring any body panel that needs to be color matched to them.”
“One of their employees helped me n my family out a great deal as we got stuck right outside in parking lot on our way to Nashville TN. He used his personal (professional/grade) scanner to scan for the codes of what’s happening in the vehicle. With his 8 years of experience in a shop beforehand, he was able to diagnose before we even took it to Integrity shop in Belvidere… and figured how to get it to drive to the shop before it would shut off again (it was a fuse breaking due to an Oxygen Sensor on underside of the van that was hanging partly cut from some metal, and so was short circuiting…) He was very gracious with his time n energy as I was a bit lost in the windy cold conditions having to find direction for my family of 7, partner caring for our 6 month old not able to do much. Thanks y’all! It counts to be real humans to each other!!!”

“They were friendly and very helpful. I had not been able to find any vehicle clothes rods, so I stopped at the Belvidere NAPA Auto Parts. They didn't have any vehicle clothes rods in stock, but they ordered one for me. It came in the same day. The clothes rod was heavy duty, with an anti-sliding texture coating! I really like it!!!”

“My car was hit in Rockford, IL. and my car was towed by chance to Gerber Collision And Glass in Belvidere. I was not from that area and very unsure as to what to do. Margie and Spencer at Gerber were amazing! When I spoke to Spencer he told me not to worry. He called the tow truck, who gave me a ride to Gerber with my car. When I arrived Margie explained the process and said they would be in touch after accessing all the damage. During the repair process, Spencer would call and inform me of the process and what had to be done next. I NEVER had to call them for an update, Spencer always beat me to it. I licked my car up and I was like the accident never happened. Margie took car of one little issue that was due to an insurance approval. She got it taken care of immediately. The team there is great!”

“Needed two tires replaced. Staff were friendly and helped me with the skid plate that was hanging off underneath. However the only thing I noticed is the wait time is too excessive for the tasks needed to be done. As I tried to determine why it would take 2.5 hours I noticed that they went from vehicle to vehicle rather than starting and sticking to one vehicle till the task was complete. Overall I was satisfied with the work and the tires are great. I just see that some organization and focus could increase business and decrease customers wait time.”
