I really appreciated the thorough explanation of my bill and eligible discounts and promotions that I received. Jason and other store staff were courteous, friendly, and accommodating. I initially thought to buy the new phone outright although decided to purchase it over a three-year service commitment and not go directly to the manufacturer because doing it that way felt right based on how I was treated at this Verizon store (in Long Grove).”
“I recently went in for an upgrade, and Daniel patiently walked me through the process, showing me my options. He was very informative and kind. He even saved my family a good chunk of change on our monthly bill by discussing our add-ons. I ended up with a new phone and a lower monthly bill. She possesses extensive knowledge, and the entire process of transferring my number took only a few minutes. This was by far the best experience I have ever had in a cellphone store. Natalia truly deserves a big promotion and should be a supervisor. It is extremely rare to encounter such a remarkable personality in the sales department. “Kelly you are the best! Let me tell you folks, I agree with Lisa B. Kelly had 3 customers that needed extensive assistance, but not me. LOL. Her voice tone was calm, yet professional. The way she handled each situation close to closing time, you would think the store just opened. I needed internet service immediately, just moved from Florida. Kelly provided me with the right equipment, explained what will happen, what I need to do, and it should take less than 15 minutes to set up. Got home and it took only 5. Kelly, listen to me, if you decide to go into another profession, choose Emergency Room, News Anchor or Radio host. Thank you again!”
