“I cannot explain how wonderful it was to work with John(the owner). He offered the best price, very chill and made me feel very comfortable. 100/10 would recommend.”
“Hands down the best local pawn shop in the area. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with! Especially Melissa! She was very patient and kind towards me. It wasn't just a transaction rather an experience she provided. The place is clean and well organized. Thank you all! I am very grateful!
Shout Out to Andy!!! ??? He's always fun to talk to! ?
Thank you again! I appreciate everyone here!!! ☺️”
“Top notch service, the pricing of my item was more than fair and straight forward. I will use them for all of my precious metal pawns from here on out. 5 Stars all the way”
“I bought a vintage watch in great condition from this shop. The pricing was extremely fair and competitive. Service was quick and polite.
The watch was in great condition and was kept in good working order with the time and date accurate down to the second, showing it had been maintained well for the time it was in the care of the shop.
We arrived right around closing and were greeted very politely (even though this was our bad) and still were shown the watch plus the sale was made.
I was able to put on the watch and take my time to get a feel of it without being rushed - which again was amazing considering we were late.
It was a pleasure doing business here and I will always keep an eye out for things I might want to buy from here or sell over here given their top notch service.
PS they have a guard dog, khaleesi, who is very cute if you are on your best behavior :)”
“I'm thrilled to share my exceptional experience with Rosa and her team at the pawnshop! ? Over the past 7 years, I've had the pleasure of conducting business with them, and their customer service has been outstanding.
her professionalism, expertise, and dedication to her customers are truly impressive. She's always gone above and beyond to ensure I'm treated fairly and with respect. Whether I'm selling, buying, or pawning items, she takes the time to explain the process, provide valuable insights, and offer competitive deals.
What sets Rosa apart is her commitment to building lasting relationships. She remembers my preferences, keeps me informed about new arrivals, and always looks out for my best interests. Her attention to detail and transparency have earned my trust, and I've recommended her shop to friends and family seeking reliable, trustworthy service.”

“I came in Monday high noon (02/09) my first time ever not only here but any type of pawn store, and what a pleasant experience! Jack is such a great guy! Friendly, cheerful, informative, he takes his time to do proper business as a good employee, but also makes sure the customer knows what they have or are willing to buy to ensure that he or she leaves satisfied. Thank you Jack, for everything! Pawn USA, please give this man a raise and a new car, you can’t afford to loose to him!”
“Literally the best local pawn shop around, and Frank is the best, amazing pawn shop. If you need help with a loan or wanna sell your jewelry here or take a glance at their inventory for purchase, do not hesitate! He is very helpful and reasonable and friendly can’t ask for better service than this.”
“Very prompt (same day) reply to my email sent on a Sunday morning. The owner was polite and explained how the quote and selling process works. Definitely a honest and straightforward business.”
