“After discovering this shop I don’t think I’ve purchased anything new since! Brand name items at such amazing prices. The Louis Vuitton selection is unreal! Aside from the huge selection of clothing, shoes, and accessories it’s the owner who truly shines. Last summer I witnessed a horrible altercation where a belligerent, rude customer was making a scene and quite frankly it was frightening. The owner was the brunt of his insults and she was such a true professional. Handled it with such class for herself and the customers in the store. Everything about this place is truly upscale!!”
“Super cute shop in "downtown" Twin Lakes and I think the only place where you can actually purchase something that has 'Twin Lakes' on it. Why do no other stores carry local swag? I also loved that this little boutique carries many sizes not just 0 to 4. You can actaually find 1-3x. The homemade soaps lotions and room diffusers are lovely. They carry a nice variety of gifts and the prices are super reasonable.”

Reasonable prices (along with the back room sale racks), clean, organized and very friendly, accommodating staff. Also, a good selection of Harley gear, a great find for bikers. Will be returning to shop again and again.”

“We shop here a lot, weekly almost. Sometimes they will have some good finds. Often I leave empty handed. We have bought furniture from here at decent prices. Some kitchen stuff. A dress or two. Lately I feel like they could have more inventory, I don’t think it’s because they aren’t getting enough donations, I think it might be because they are a bit picky and refuse a lot of stuff or simply throw stuff away. I mean put it out there and see if it sells!
I bought a table set there, it was a bit raggedy, it only had three chairs. I re upholstered it. Tried to donate it back months later and they wouldn’t take it cuz it only had three chairs…. I bought it from y’all with three chairs! And I made it better with new fabric! Any ways, I took it to the pink door across the street. Meanwhile they had some funky, busted shelves, nails sticking out on all sides. Those needed to go in the trash!”

“Went to the store at 7pm on 11/10/25 and was looking to establish a new make-up routine with new products and a complete overhaul from my previous routine. I went to Ulta first and had the worst experience. I was there for over 30 minutes with no assistance from any employee. I made a purchase, mentioned the disappointment at checkout, and left. I ended up at Sephora because I really wasn't sure if what I bought at Ulta is what I needed and use of the products. I was greeted after maybe 5 minutes or so and was offered assistance. I explained the situation to the associate, Brenda, and she offered her help immediately. She helped show me how to apply the products and find the best colors for my features. I cannot rave enough about how wonderful this experience was for me and I really hope they continue checking in that their associates are working with a customer forward mentality because Ulta is not and they could really benefit from their amazing customer service. We spent about an hour figuring out what products I needed for a complete make-up routine and she really listened to what I was looking for. I made the purchase at Sephora with mostly the same products from Ulta and will be returning everything to Ulta. I will shop at this Sephora every day over going to Ulta ever again.”

I felt like a queen, and the women really uplift and encourage you throughout. We all need that. I love the whole experience. They even helped me when my zipper broke. Thanks to the staff at JAYNE. You guys have earned a spot in my moms heart as her new favorite store in lake Geneva. That’s a tough one to get!”
