“Super cute shop in "downtown" Twin Lakes and I think the only place where you can actually purchase something that has 'Twin Lakes' on it. Why do no other stores carry local swag? I also loved that this little boutique carries many sizes not just 0 to 4. You can actaually find 1-3x. The homemade soaps lotions and room diffusers are lovely. They carry a nice variety of gifts and the prices are super reasonable.”

“After discovering this shop I don’t think I’ve purchased anything new since! Brand name items at such amazing prices. The Louis Vuitton selection is unreal! Aside from the huge selection of clothing, shoes, and accessories it’s the owner who truly shines. Last summer I witnessed a horrible altercation where a belligerent, rude customer was making a scene and quite frankly it was frightening. The owner was the brunt of his insults and she was such a true professional. Handled it with such class for herself and the customers in the store. Everything about this place is truly upscale!!”

“Gravitated to this store each time I'm in town, always find something to love. Often limited size selections, what they have is what they have. Not as trendy as other shops, which is nice appeal for us "classic" style ladies. Prices are average. Quality is decent. Selection appropriate. Staff are friendly if you need something, otherwise they just let you browse (no high pressure sales) and wander. Dressing rooms are roomy!”

“Today I was in Torrid right when it opened. Amanda( she's from the Bloomingdale's store) and Melanie( from woodfield) both extremely pleasant and BOTH incredibly willing to help me. They even explained how they were new to this location filling in but would be more than happy to assist with whatever I needed help with. And they did. Would I shop here again? YES... only if these two individuals are there to help. They didn't miss a beat, made pleasant conversation, helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Great attitudes for two people who e come from a long way to make sure this store was opened and ready to rock and roll right on time!!! Kudos !!!!”
“Kelly is absolutely amazing!!! And so are her other two employees they made me feel so comfortable when I wanted to change the top I half of my dress. My wedding gown had thin spaghetti straps, and Kelly totally changed them to thicker more comfortable straps. She also did many other things to the dress and I was SO impressed with her work!! It was about an hour drive for me, but totally worth it in my opinion to get my dream dress. I wish I checked out her shop while dress shopping they have a ton of very very pretty and elegant wedding gowns to chose from. I HIGHLY recommend her business!Service: Wedding gown alterations”
