βBought some towels for a gift. Didn't have all pieces in stock, but Customer Service did check and called other stores for me. The pieces were put on hold. I purchased what was in stock at the location I was at and went to the other store the following day to get the missing sizes. Thankful was able to get all the towels to make a nice gift set. Happy with The Customer Service's professionalism and friendliness.β

I got some bra,sFor 3.99 for that deal I got 10 and panties for 7.99 pack of 10 women's and teenage girls tight budget you can buy for the girls. Deals for boys to. Men's shoes husband goes church on Sundays. So he found Deals shoes for 10.00 dollars he bought four pair nice shoes. Well I got a deal also other nice items.β

βI love me some, T.J. Maxx. I can definitely find some bargains. Coffee, stationary, containers, mugs, purses, wallets, jewelry, etc. Unfortunately, I am a sistah and sometimes the clothes don't quite fit me the way, I would like them to fit. A 16 and proud of it. They in my opinion need more sizes for plus size women. We are not all they same size. Wides are appreciated too. In shoes as well. All women don't have a narrow feet. I am a proud wide when it comes to shoes and it varies between a 10 Wide or an 11.β

βOnly two associates at checkout time and 6 customers ahead of me made the wait a little longer than hoped, but I received very professional service from the associate to hasten my transaction.β

βAt one point I felt like I was being followed by staff BUT I understand a little. While walking I was trying to stuff my phone into my bag as an employee was walking past. I did show him it was a phone and as small as it was there is no way I could be stealing. So not mad at all that I was greater 3 times in 5 mins. Please note, by this time I was towards the back of the store do I hear already been there for 20 mins and not 1 greeting not even walking in. So good job, eventually the feeling passed, I guess they realized there was NO WAY I could have been stuffing anything in my tiny bag.β

βI recently visited Marshalls in Matteson, and I had a wonderful shopping experience. Annette assisted me in the fitting room while I was trying on an outfit and several other items I was considering purchasing. Since I was shopping by myself, it was great to have another set of eyes to offer feedback and assistance. Her kindness and helpfulness made the experience much more enjoyable.
When I was ready to check out, Michael assisted me at the register. He was patient and courteous while I searched for my discount coupon, and he never made me feel rushed. His professionalism and positive attitude were greatly appreciated.
It’s always nice to shop in an stress-free environment where employees genuinely care about providing excellent customer service. Thank you, Annette, Michael, and the entire Marshalls team in Matteson for making my shopping trip such a pleasant experience. I look forward to returning!β

Clean bathrooms.
Better pricing on multiple grocery items.
And, even as late as 9 pm they had four lanes staffed with professional checkers(& they needed it!)
Still annoyed though, after literally years the liquor discount of 10% off for four or more bottles has ceased(at this location) to come off automatically.β
βI had the best business photo shoot. AJ was my photographer and she was so personable and professional. She knew the best poses for the best outcome. I literally have so many great pictures it's taken me a whole week to choose my business card photo! Overall I would recommend this place. Donna usually does my photos and she is just as good. I will be back for fall photo's with my family.β

βStopped to get couple things. Very pleasant female cashier offered a Senior discount which I wasn't familiar with. No lines in the mornings. Realized high security presence, most likely due to shoplifting.β
βSmall store but they have good finds. I've found some nice articles of clothing here for good prices. I've snagged a few pairs of cute earrings. Hate that the dressing rooms can't be used. Customer service can use a little improvement but it's still a decent store located conveniently in-between a beauty supply store and another clothing store. I'll definitely be back.β

βThis Burlington has great potential the cashiers are more friendly now. Then before. I had one unpleasant experience last year with cashier. I believe she was a manager a white woman. It was about a old navy sweater line. That came new to the store and I asked her if I could get a 10% discount because the front of the border was stained. And she was very very rude. To me I don't visit this Burlington in Matteson often but when I did go back to visit. It was a pleasant experience. They are working hard to turn the store around so for that I am hopeful. I know they can do it. I will stop by again to see if I have a great experience to give them a 5 star review. Burlington store I believe in you.β

βOk, this is a bit of a unique Ross in layout and a the selections in all departments is someway limited compared to other Ross stores I have been. But it is still a Ross, and I love them. I love looking for treasures and You can still find some amazing deals here. So definitely stop if you are in the area and see what kind of luck you have.β
βI can put money on my Paypal and it's quick and easy.It's also really large and have lots of space,including grocery store, bathroom,toys and bikes.There's a bathroom in the back and front as well.Lastly you can make your own KEY for less then 25 dollars.This is the best place for everything and there's a lady there called Grace she's very helpful and nice.β
βJust wanted to leave this review on my experience with Iris who works in the make up/beauty department (not sure what itβs called). Iβve struggled to find my shade for the past 8 years, Iβve gone to Sephora, Ulta, bought and tried many different foundations and could never find the right shade. Iris immediately recommended a good foundation based off the one Iβve used for many years, i honestly wasnβt really going to buy anything but she was so sweet and very helpful I couldnβt help but buy what she offered! Which by the way was the PERFECT shade for me. She even helped me find the exact shade of lipstick I was looking for for months. Itβs been a very long time since Iβve had a good experience with customer service and Iβm so glad I got to meet her! I highly recommend going to her for any make up questions and I hope sheβs still there when I return for a restock and some new goodies :)β
βI had a fantastic hair cut by Kara today! I showed her some pictures of how I wanted it & she gave me a hair cut exactly matching the pictures! She also did curls and they turned out so beautiful! She spent so much time on my hair to get it just right. I was very Blessed to get in for the appt. bc I called that morning because I completely forgot about an event I had later that day! She was so terrific to accommodate me for the blow dry & curls! She had another client right after me so she said I could wait 15 minutes and she would have time to do the curls then, if I wanted. It worked out perfectly because I had to run an errand in the mall anyway! I will definitely be back! Thanks for the wonderful service!β

The Lane Bryant shooting was an incident of mass murder and armed robbery at a Lane Bryant clothing outlet in the Brookside Marketplace in Tinley Park, Illinois,, that occurred on February 2, 2008. The shooting resulted in five people killed and a sixth injured.
Respect to the victims and their loved ones. This dude was well connected and that aided in him never being brought to justice.
Make a memorial to honor the victims don't pretend this never happened.

βOne of the best Wal-Mart's around, I was a Target loyalist until I got sick of the one in Orland Park for not following through with their company SOP (e.g 1+1 at checkout, more like 1+7 and that's ok for years!). After walking out of that Target on numerous occasions I found a great Walmart store right across the street! Keep it up Wal-Mart, you're converting Target shopper's in the area!β
