“I went to the drop off location, which looks like it's there garage and was disappointed that 1st of all I had to drop off the equipment in a metal box and couldn't get any proof of doing so. 2nd The office was closed I wanted a receipt or something, to talk to a person or something. Because in the end, I want proof I dropped off there equipment. Well if necessary, I hope they check there cameras. Thou that won't say who I am though, will it!”

I HAD XFINITY FOR 7 YEARS AND AFTER 7 YEARS I HAD A SITUATION WITH THEM THAT THEY WERE NOT WILLING TO WORK WITH BECAUSE THEY HAVE A NEW UPGRADED SYSTEM THAT WILL NOT ALLOW THEM TO HELP ME ANYMORE AND BECAUSE OF THAT I WAS VERY UPSET AND I DECIDED TO MOVE MY SERVICE OVER TO BOOST MOBILE.
