Shayla was absolutely wonderful from the moment we walked in. She was extremely patient and took the time to truly listen to everything we had just experienced and understand why we were requesting another inspection of our jewelry. Her professionalism and empathy immediately put us at ease.
She walked us through the entire inspection process step by step, making sure we felt comfortable and confident along the way. She even took the extra step of cleaning all of our jewelry again to ensure everything had been properly handled, given the concerns from our previous visit. That level of care and attention made a huge difference.
The store itself was very clean and welcoming, and both Shayla and the other gentleman working there were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit.

“read about a basement sale, thought I'd stop in. bunch of quirky used fixtures and such in the back and checked out the front of the store, chock full of doo dads, what nots and such and such. nice assortment of stylish and artsy stationery items with the modern woman in mind. staff was welcoming, greeted me and asked to help. told the young lady I was looking for "cute stuff" (from their advertising slogan) and we shared a laugh. nice little spot to browse and find what you're not looking for.”

“We ordered our rings March 2024 and got them by June 2024. I was nervous about using the site at first b/c I called the company multiple times the next day and no one answered. There was no email to contact the company. And there were barely any reviews online besides the ones on this Google page. I even checked the BBB 😅. So I reported the purchase as fraud to my bank.
A month later, the bank said they were able to contact the vendor and prove it was a legitimate purchase. So I called the vendor again and was able to talk to someone 😅 I overreacted lol. It was an expensive purchase and I didn't want to be screwed over.
Customer service is great, they were aware ofy bank claim and I told them it was a mistake on my part. They were polite to work with. I called to check on the status of my rings, and they had no issue letting me know. When the rings were done, they shipped and we got them the next day via UPS 😊 Btw 1 yr warranty for any defects.
Advice: Maybe create an Instagram page to promote your rings. The fandom community loves stuff like this. There's no other site that has matching Pokemon rings like these. That's why after 10yrs of knowing these existed, we've decided to buy from this site.

(Hence the 4 stars)but since my review the sales rep for Richards High School has gone out of her way to calm me and make sure my son was happy with his ring before the Holiday! His ring is gorgeous and we are absolutely in love with the craftsmanship,quality, and assistance we have since received. He was also extremely pleased with the hoodie,bookbag, and school emblemed scarf! What had started out with a lot of emotions and negativity ended with a wonderful package and beautiful momentos that my son will always remember his High School years with!”
