“Kelly you are the best! Let me tell you folks, I agree with Lisa B. Kelly had 3 customers that needed extensive assistance, but not me. LOL. Her voice tone was calm, yet professional. The way she handled each situation close to closing time, you would think the store just opened. I needed internet service immediately, just moved from Florida. Kelly provided me with the right equipment, explained what will happen, what I need to do, and it should take less than 15 minutes to set up. Got home and it took only 5. Kelly, listen to me, if you decide to go into another profession, choose Emergency Room, News Anchor or Radio host. Thank you again!”

“The rep was really nice and helpful and great. I was charged twice as much for the phone as it cost on the website and the phone is not that great but that was NOT the rep's fault. People send me a text message and it sometimes doesn't show up for hours after they have sent it to me! It also froze up first day using it and I had to take the battery out and put it back in to get it to work properly. It is a SUMMIT FLIP phone.”
“I've been to three other T-Mobile locations in the past week. They each told me that my id was unacceptable. This woman simply scanned the temp driver's license and moved on with the sale. The hillside location had just today told me that my id was illegal and refused to talk to me. This place gets my business. Jessica is an exemplary customer service person. We had planned to go back the next day to complete the purchase but have been delayed by car trouble.”
“I would like to share my experience at the TMobile store. Huge Kudos to the store manager Yajaira V. I went to three stores looking for a particular phone. The manager and staff worked hard to call around and find the phone I was looking for. Awesome leadership , thinking outside the box to accommodate customer. I ran into another issue with my Pixel watch called T-Mobile customer service received no help and attitude. I called the 1647 N Milwaukee store spoke to Yajaira and was able to get the issue resolved. As a customer this was the best customer service experience I've encountered. Thank you Yajaira and staff you are the best!!!!! Keep up the great work ...... K.H”
