“I visited on a Sunday and desperately needed to upgrade my phone having not done so in almost 6.5 years. I’ve always been a Verizon user and the phone trade-in experience was so painless that I was waiting for the other shoe to drop the whole time. So very thankful it was remarkably easy to work with their staff who answered all my annoying questions with care and attention AND could tend to other customers simultaneously. Chris held it down! He was super knowledgable and made the visit way less stressful than I was making it in my head. I’ll be back here again for sure!”

Exceptional service — ask for Jose!
Jose, the store manager, truly went above and beyond for us. He did all of the heavy lifting—setting up our business account, adding 5+ lines, and making sure everything was done correctly and efficiently from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to walk us through every promotion available so we were getting the best possible deal.
His associate Jason was also helpful, but Jose absolutely led the experience and made the entire process seamless. Because of how well we were treated, we’re already planning to move our personal lines over from Verizon next.
If you want things done right and want someone who genuinely cares, Jose is your guy. Highly recommend this T-Mobile location!”

“Kelly you are the best! Let me tell you folks, I agree with Lisa B. Kelly had 3 customers that needed extensive assistance, but not me. LOL. Her voice tone was calm, yet professional. The way she handled each situation close to closing time, you would think the store just opened. I needed internet service immediately, just moved from Florida. Kelly provided me with the right equipment, explained what will happen, what I need to do, and it should take less than 15 minutes to set up. Got home and it took only 5. Kelly, listen to me, if you decide to go into another profession, choose Emergency Room, News Anchor or Radio host. Thank you again!”

“Just moved to Chicago (first month here) and kept having phone issues. The manager with the cool hand tattoos helped me twice — she was amazing, patient, and actually fixed my problems. I forgot her name but she's the real reason for this 5-star review.
I came in 3 other times when she wasn't there, and honestly? Some of the team didn't even try to help. I'm not trying to single out everyone — if you have work ethic, this isn't about you. But if you don't… you know who you are. Customer support isn't easy, but come on.
Still, that manager alone deserves all the praise. Thank you!”

He said time me and by my count 81 seconds later my email was fixed my display was fixed and my settings were all properly adjusted! It’s been more than easy working with Jack. I’ve noticed another review said this store is unique to all of the rest. That is definitely a true statement. I hope this review reaches the top so if someone is deciding on what Verizon to shop at they will come to this one! Jack is EXCELLENT!”
