The staff are pros and you can tell they’ve been doing this for a long time. Highly recommend to anyone needing a suit or tux rental, especially same-day.”
“Everyday low prices on fine men's suits! Terrific service to help you pick the perfect one, and there's even an in-house tailor to alter your new suit for the perfect fit. AFTA visits regularly to do shaatnez checking for those religious customers who need it; ask your salesperson for details and costs. They also sell ties, shirts, socks and other accessories to go with the suits. They have a rack of shirts that are laundered regularly so you can try shirts on to find your best fit and get a feel for what a shirt will feel and look like after it's been washed a few times. This is the only place I go for dress clothes.”

“I’ve been on the hunt for new denim but have felt overwhelmed at department stores and have failed miserably online. Tiffany at The Denim Lounge to the rescue! I told her my preferences and she pulled a great selection of jeans for me to try on. She was super friendly and helpful and I found 2 pairs of perfect jeans (and some other cute clothing items as well). This store has an excellent selection and I will definitely be back! Highly recommend!”

“The young salesperson who helped me was a superstar. I was at the O’Hare Oakley store with just a few moments to find the right pair of sunglasses for a trip to the Galápagos Islands. I had a long list of demands and a tough face to fit. This young person dropped what she was doing, and responded to my barrage of demands and questions unflinchingly and without hesitation. “I visited this store a couple of months ago and was really impressed with their huge selection of western wear. We ended up buying two pairs of boots and two hats so many great options to choose from!
After our trip, my boyfriend noticed a manufacturer defect in his boots. I brought them back to the store, and the management team handled the situation quickly and professionally. They truly went above and beyond to make things right.

“I was very pleased how they handled a big order for me. I had to return 10 pairs of pants and used a lot of my Carhartt points and they helped me not loose those points and was able to use them on a different online order. Also provided me with next day shipping. Also had pair of bibbs where a button came off on the side for the waist and without any hesitation the manager told me to come in and swap them out with a newer pair. It’s good to have a location that wants to help and do the best they can. Again thank you to the Wicker Park location for handling everything with patients and kindness. ??”

They are one of the few remaining mom and pop variety spots around. Check it out I'm sure you will find something for everyone. Parking can be scarce.”

He took his time to make sure I had a well fitting jacket and set of pants. He even volunteered to take tags off to make my life easier: I’ll be back for sure!”
