It is not often you run into young customer service reps in retail that are as switched on as these two. They are truly a credit to the company. They deserve raises!! I was given options, the explanations were clear and concise and honest. The additional battery replacement I was offered was also at a discount since I was there to have the earpiece speaker replaced or cleaned. It turned out a cleaning was all it needed. That kept the price down. In less than 24 hours I referred two people. “I brought in my ps5 to Omar because I accidentally detached the fan off the motherboard while trying to clean it. when I brought it in he was very friendly and professional he even gave me a good price to fix my ps5 way cheaper than Sony and he was fast only 2 days he did a good job my ps5! The technician had it over the weekend and returned it after five days. Data restoration was not requested nor was it done. I supplied the replacement drive. The install was successful. “I actually go to this place to buy electronics. They always give me the best deals. Everyone in NYC tried to charge me $700 for an IPhone 11 Pro Max but they only charged me $650 here. Staff is so friendly and kind and they always have so many MacBooks available. I loved buying used electronics but I feel more safe buying it from an actual store and well known seller”

“Staff was extremely helpful and very nice. They stayed open an extra 45 mins for me! I forgot to update my phone before getting it fixed and my storage was full so they weren’t able to update it themselves. So when I came to pick up my phone I had to sit there and clear up my storage and then we had to wait for my phone to update and calibrate. Also I didn’t make an appointment and they were able to fix my broken screen same day. They went above and beyond for me when they really didn’t have to.”
