Mk Cellphones & Computer Repair is a business that fixes phones, iPad, tablets, and laptops. They also buy and sell new and used phones, unlock phones, and provide prepaid home internet service, accessories, activation, and bill payments. Customers describe it as a great shop with very kind owners and staff who provide exceptional and great customer service with a smile and an inviting atmosphere.
The service is efficient, affordable, and done in the best budgets. Repairs, like screen replacements, are often completed very quickly, sometimes in 20 minutes or under an hour. The staff is knowledgeable and transparent, explaining repair options and pricing without hidden fees. They provide thoughtful attention to the smallest of problems, offer helpful advice on device care and purchases, and even work with customers on pricing. Many highlight the comfortable waiting area and the fact that the owners are genuinely enthusiastic about helping, sometimes not charging for simple fixes.
