“No one ever is ever looking forward to calling a towing service after their car breaks down ( Anyway, with that comment being said ). It is in No way reflective of the two ( 2 ) recent experiences that I have had with Chicago 24 Hour towing ( one on Nov. 24 / 2025 and the other on Dec. 11 / 2025 ). My tow truck operator ( Robert ) both the times that I had to use their service was great ( I was present at one of the towing's and not at the other one ). He was adroit at solving the parking and towing issues involved in getting my car from where it had broken down to the service center. He was also prompt in his arrival time at the pickup locations, with excellent ( and friendly ) customer service, along with very fair pricing in regards to the towing charges. So if you are ever in need of towing services in the Chicago area. I would highly recommend using Chicago 24 Hour towing at 5332 North Elston Avenue.”

“Big thank you to the team at Carstar Imperial Auto Works for repairing my Acura MDX after I had a front end collusion with a deer. Thankfully it was mostly cosmetic and state farm and Carstar handled the process in a timely manner. Thanks to the skill and attention to detail by the technicians my suv looks brand new! “I have to say thank you to Tony and his whole team at CARSTAR. This is coming from a 25-year-old girl who knows absolutely nothing about cars and had to deal with an insurance claim for the first time ever after someone hit me and wrecked the favorite thing I own. I was terribly overwhelmed at first and had no idea what I was supposed to do, but once I was in contact with Tony, his team handled everything for me. They worked directly with my insurance, kept me updated, and made sure I didn’t have to stress about anything. When I got my car back, it looked brand new. Repairs were flawless and pristine.
