“I requested an estimate to replace the battery on a tablet. This business is very responsive. I went on site to have the work done. The representative analysed my device and was up-front that replacing the battery would not resolve the issue. They promptly told me it was the charging port and I could replace the motherboard, but the issue would eventually happen again. I appreciate them being honest and would certainly try them again.”

My grandparents went to this store location and upgraded their phones. But what doesn’t make any sense is the fact the store associates are taking advantage of the elderly. In the midst of my grandparents upgrading their phones, they were told they needed to add two additional phone lines for their phone bill to decrease…. THAT’S A LIE!! If the associates were correctly looking at their phone bill, they would have realized they were already receiving a discount. Now because it’s past the 14 day return policy the associates refused to take the phones back. I really feel they took advantage of my grandparents because they are elderly.The store associate that helped my grandparents named was Emmanuel and Sierra.Also, I believe Sierra called her manager when I was about to contact him to inform him that I was about to call him. I’m still waiting on a return phone call. His name is Matthew Smith.They wouldn’t want this to happen to their family members.”

“I just wanted to take the time to acknowledge one of your employees named Nazar!This guy is very knowledgeable with the systems at cricket, he handled and resolved my issue quickly with a few phones lines that I had added to my accounts by a friend that took advantage of having my pin code....Not only did nazar show me the dates each extra phone had been activated so that I could see how long the recurring payments were coming out of my account, he helped me create a seperate account so that I could emancipate my number from the other account and he took my card off file!I came back a few weeks later he remembered me and as I put a new card on file, I was asking him if Cricket had an international plan for Spain;since I'm leaving for about a month! He let me know Cricket didn't have an international plan for spain but he helped me call so that I could unlock my phone if incase I needed to buy a sim card in Spain for my phone!
