“Stop by to pick out a new pair of work boots. What a great experience. The guy that was helping us out was top tier! What customer service should be. He know all the answers to our questions and then some. Knew the products, warranty, policy and more. He was very professional and alert. He gave us a lot of helpful information before and after purchasing a pair of their boots. Highly recommend getting a pair work boots here even though they’re on the higher price range, but definitely worth it.”

Will return them. BUT buy more of the same walking shoes!”

“Peak Running in La Grange is a fantastic shoe/running store. I have had a positive experience each of the five times I have shopped in there. None more positive than over the past weekend, with sales associate/Megan.Megan personified what customer service is all about on both days (Saturday; Sunday) I entered Peak Running. On Saturday, she was a major help in exchanging a pair of shoes for a better pair of shoes (at least for I was looking for).The pair of shoes that was coming my way was not to arrive until Sunday. Megan promptly called me when they arrived, and in finishing off her all-world weekend performance, she waited 5-10 minutes past closing time to accede my request, as I was coming from far away. Hence, I was able to get my shoes on Sunday as opposed to Monday.Thanks again, Megan!”

Now the shoes really are the same price as elsewhere. also I am a popular size so don't find a lot that fits me.Love the shoe carnivals in Chicago though. They usually have my size and more interesting shoes. Think they probably just move more inventory.Recommend though. I walk through every so often.”
