“Had a great experience at Fleet Feet. They had scanned my daughter’s feet for spikes and then offered her a number of options and talked through the similarities and differences.
We finally settled on those shoes. When we bought the shoes a few weeks later, the gentleman that worked with us was professional, kind, and educative. He took the time to show us the cross country spikes and explain how they were different from regular running shoes, how to put them on, and then led my seventh grade daughter through all that. He showed how the spikes are put on the shoes and gave us separate bags for the different kinds of spikes. He had welcoming energy and facilitated our checkout asking if we remembers and giving us discounts for being members and because my daughter is a student. Good energy, educated and practical approach, and a kindness go along the way in my book.”

“I go here sometimes when my local Fleet Store does not have something in stock that I want right away. They have a large inventory of shoes and can also get what you want if it isn’t there quickly. Staff as in all these stores are excellent, personable and very knowledgeable. This time the sales person Anne was particularly helpful with advice about a new shoe model and was incredibly patient with my picky self in handling a complicated exchange transaction that included getting some shoes for me from their warehouse sent to my local store. Fleet Feet stores that I’ve been going to for 20 years from Chicago to the western burbs are by far the best running shoe stores anywhere.”

“Cheap, and fast(same day work) with great quality work. To restitch, water proof and clean my work boots was $20. And I’m a sprink… if you know then you know how dirty my boots get(black water). Bring this place all your shoes I think new or old they can make any foot wear problems go away. I will be back!!”

“I visited this store a couple of months ago and was really impressed with their huge selection of western wear. We ended up buying two pairs of boots and two hats so many great options to choose from!
After our trip, my boyfriend noticed a manufacturer defect in his boots. I brought them back to the store, and the management team handled the situation quickly and professionally. They truly went above and beyond to make things right.

It’s been a year since my last purchase at Peak. I have had 3 iterations of the same shoes that I loved. I expected to just update to the latest version of the same shoes. Megan brought a pair of shoes out and the newest version was not comfortable.
I explained what I didn’t like about the newest sneaker. Megan found me two great alternatives. She then grabbed a laptop and walked me through all the color options to ensure I was happy with my purchase.

“Murphy's service is like service used to be. They know their stuff. The salesman (I forgot his name) asked a couple of questions and came back with a couple of styles. One was very close to what I like, but not perfect. He went in the back of the shop and came back with a couple more to try on. The first one was the one. They don't have a large selection, which I wasn't looking for. All I wanted was a good fit and a shoe for my type of workout. “Oh, my dear, let me tell you about my recent experience at this store! I must say, over the years, I've noticed a decline in the quality of their clothes. But fret not, they still offer some delightful sales from time to time, and I simply adore their clothes. The service, oh my, the service was truly exceptional! Though I must admit, it became a tad overbearing with all the workers continuously asking if I was finding everything alright. Bless their hearts, they mean well. They even fetched me a fitting room and kindly inquired if I needed any different sizes while I was in there. However, I had a bit of a hiccup when it was time to check out. There was only one worker nearby, she seemed too occupied with her phone. Once she finally noticed me, instead of checking me out herself, she asked another worker to assist me. Poor dear, the young girl looked utterly exhausted, carrying a stack of clothes in her arms as made her way to the register. Nonetheless, she managed to check me out and even applied the deal I saw online, which turned out to be better than what was available in the store! Overall, my shopping experience was satisfactory, but I do hope they pay more attention to the service and the weary workers in the future. Nevertheless, if you catch them during one of those fabulous sales, it's worth a visit!”
