Michael found the problem, and had it fixed in minutes. Robinson Wal-Mart has a lot of good and nice employees, but Michael is the best of the best. “I don't know who manages this store, but I want to say good job! The way you have trained your cashiers to be neat in appearance, smile, make eye contact, greet customers, and actually act like they want to be there is much appreciated! You would think that would be a no-brainer, but it seems to be hard to find nowadays. Please share with your employees that their efforts are much appreciated. The young man that checked us out today brought smiles in return. The store is always clean and I can find good bargains that I did not find at Walmart.”
