On occasion I have had some staff not so friendly. On rare occasions I left without what I came for when the item seemed unable to be found or unwilling staff would not help after being asked, even while that staff member was in the area of the item I was searching for.”

“I was calling around Central Illinois trying to find the tubing roller that's been discontinued and this location not only had 2 but was willing to hold on for me until I could get off of work. I arrived and it was set and ready and they even helped me load it up (wasn't that heavy but the gesture was nice). This really helped me out of a pickle as I bought the SWAG offroad modification kit before i bought the roller (dummy move). Great service and the roller before the modification is still great for what i need. Thanks to Harbor Freight and the team here!”
