“I lived here for almost 5 years. My family members died here. As I was leaving, the new manager Laurie saw that I was moving all my heavy furniture by myself. She lit up a cigarette while laughing with her friend and said “You have to put the furniture IN the dumpster if you want to get any of your deposit back. If you get any back at all.” I heard the maintenance man say that she was going to shoot herself in the foot and she didn’t have to do that. I was very exhausted and hurt. So I loaded all of that heavy furniture in the dumpster by myself. Others had previously left it BY the dumpster. I guess she decided to go the extra mile in managing because I was a “nice woman” so why not. She ruined my experience and STILL didn’t give me my deposit back. I can see wanting to be an overachiever, but do it where it matters. Trespassed people walked right past her. The power trip on the nice residents is sickening. She was extra for no reason when she didn’t need to be. I hope the new owners fix this issue.”

“Had a lovely time there. The show was really good! Don't get the popcorn, the $6 price didn't bother me it was that it was stale unfortunately.”

“I want everyone who is thinking of moving to a senior apartment that is the place to start and end your search. Alexis Tiberius is fantastic as the assistant community director will help you understand qualifications and answer all questions. She is empathetic professional and follows thru keeping you updated on your future home. Yes home because that soon will become evident. The apartments have been completely redone as all building amenities. I feel proud of my new home. I moved in April 25th 2025. You will safe and comfortable?”

“Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quality home for themselves. The apartments are welcoming, clean, and have modern floorings and fixtures. The leasing staff are very friendly and always quick to help with whatever you need. The maintenance staff are also very friendly and competent, they're quick to resolve issues with care. The neighbors are quiet, the parking lots are clean with plenty of spaces, and the personal patios are perfect for relaxing and making your own. There's laundry in each building and the machines work well. The mailboxes and hub are convenient and secure. We were beyond satisfied with the move in process and state of the apartment. This is a place you can feel comfortable and will be glad to call home.”
