I went to this branch last week and a banker by the name of Marcie Rud helped me set up an account, I have literally never had such a great bank experience in my life. She was extremely polite, kind, patient, gentle and respectful. She helped me set everything up and I just had such a wonderful experience. She only came to this branch temporarily though, she works at the moline branch regularly so I would highly advise calling and checking if it's possible to get an appointment with her.
