“Suzy has been over the top kind and helpful, assisting my elderly Mom. She helped when Dad passed away, transferring all of their joint accounts into Mom's name. She helped Mom with getting her debit and credit cards set up, and followed up to ensure that Mom didn't need any further assistance activating cards. When Mom lost her credit card, I knew I could count on Suzy. She took care of getting a replacement right away.

“I couldn’t find a place to leave this review for Wells Fargo customer service so I’m leaving it on this banks site and hopefully it gets to the lady who helped me on the phone. I ordered DoorDash and they were giving me a really hard time getting a refund so I just called bank customer service instead to request a refund.
Robin in customer service was AWESOME. So bubbly and upbeat on the phone which curbed my bad mood from dealing with terrible customer service reps. She was relatable, and quick to help resolve the issue. Not to mention she apologized I was left hungry with the wrong food even though it’s clearly not her fault. She was more apologetic than the DoorDash reps I was arguing with on the phone. One of the best reps ever I hope she gets a raise and all of the good things in life go to her.”

“This has been an amazing experience. I had 2 separate issues with my debit card being hacked and I called and talked Yasmeen. She was able to log into my account with me on the mobile banking app and walk me through the charges. She took my information and researched the issue and called me back within an hour. She found all the details she needed and corrected both issues. She was super professional and did her job extremely well. I wish all interactions with US Bank was a smooth and professional as Yasmeen was today. Please give her the props she deserves. I will be working with this branch and Yasmeen every time in the future.”
