An hour and a half drive each way, I'm willing to travel strictly due to how fantastic they've been.They assisted in picking out the engagement ring, helped twice when a stone knocked loose, helped to get the matching wedding band. “Absolutely incredible service, I am 14 years old, and got my ears pierced here, I was very very nervous and the workers helped me through everything so well, I felt so supported and even got chocolate at the end! My earrings are absolutely gorgeous and I would totally recommend this place if you have a child who wants to get their ears pierced, but is nervous. 10/10!”

“We were in over labor day weekend and both our girls got piercings. Kylie was the employee there that day and she was AMAZING! She went above and beyond to make sure both my girls were comfortable and she was so knowledgeable. A week later and both their piercings are healing fantastically and I am so beyond happy that we chose Claire's for getting their ears pierced. My youngest had hers don't at a tattoo parlor in 2019 and it was a horrible mess, they were black and blue for a solid week and never healed properly. Kylie assured us there was no scar tissue and that piercing again wouldn't be a problem. Her ears are already healed just a week later with zero swelling and no redness. We will definitely visit Claire's again in the future. My oldest got a second piercing on each side and they also look great!”

It is also very clean and we'll maintained but be careful there is a very pushy kiosk owner between Hollister and Zumiez that does not take no for an answer I was so close to reporting them to mall security but other than that the rest of the mall is great!”

I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled appointment and even though it was a busy Saturday, it did not take long at all. Dan, the owner, was my piercer. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. I’d never had a piercing before and he did a great job making sure I was calm and comfortable.Couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. I highly recommend going here!”
