Missed flight after 30 minutes of waiting and gate closed, causing expensive error. A perfect experience with nice car, great help over the phone, and easy after hour pick up when flight got delayed till midnight. No issues using them again every few months for repeat trip. Dropping off was easy, parked in return lot, customer service gave a receipt with a smile. Highly recommend Budget at Rockford IL airport.

I have come to get a rental car at this location over six times due to a family illness. The gentleman at the counter is always pleasant, quick, and efficient. The cars are always clean and comfortable.

Royce why hadst thou forsaken me? I missed my flight. 30 minutes of waiting and the gate closed 2 minutes before I arrived..such an expensive error. Not all you, but still! ?
