“Let’s begin with customer service, they immediately greeted me as soon as I walked in, actually got up and walked around the store with me and made sure that I was looking for everything that I needed, but also gave me my spaced to not make me feel as if so they were trying to pressure me into buy anything and just to make a sale they checked back with me multiple times and of course I made a purchase I couldn’t refuse and also I’m a returning customer not once but a few times! “After trying two other mattresses, I am so happy with my basic Sleep Number mattress! It works well with my adjustable base. Due to increasing weakness from my disability, as I get older, I can't move easily on a regular mattress. By using the adjustability of Sleep Number, I can move much more easily. I wake up refreshed and pain free every day! On the firmest setting I can use it as an exercise mat. Mike and Brandon have been great, even calling twice to see how things are working out.”

“Amazing! Took my wifes' grandmothers dresser here to get refinished and repaired. It took a bit longer than expected but the overall finished product was a dead nuts match to the stain sample I supplied. He also made repairs to a draw slide and many surface imperfections. Not to mention Merlo's had the most reasonable quote I received. The piece looks fantastic. Couldn't be happier with the finished product.”

“Recently transferred for work 3 months ago from California and had the Amazing honor of meeting and talking to sweet kind caring Jayline in Customer Service on January 27 2021 at 6:47 P.M. She is One in a Million and I wish all stores had a Jayline because her personality is Above and Beyond. I just met her and she was like talking to a friend I've known since childhood. In all honestly I haven't been treated the best since moving to the Rockford area but Jayline took all of that stress away by just being her Sweet Awesome Fantastic self.
