When I needed to talk to a person I was promptly called when the Rockford store opened at 10 AM “Jay” was personable, as well as knowledgeable and patiently explained / answered all my questions. “I don’t know why you guys are all talking trash. I got a three month warranty on a washer, dryer and dishwasher and they all still work. That was like five years ago.
Don’t buy the shiny stainless steel one. The manufacturer only gives us six month limited warranty. People need to stop shopping based off of looks and start shopping based off performance. Maybe you wouldn’t have problems then.”
