“We wanted to shop local and with a place that had strong recommendations for service and quality products. Guler fit the bill so we looked at their website to see what refrigerators they had. We were very impressed with the selection and specific details on each make/model. We then went to the store to look at the options and were met by Kelsey who was great. She answered all our questions and even gave us a tentative idea when the fridge could be installed. The delivery team of Brad and Josh were on time, professional, friendly and respectful of our house. The old fridge went out and the new one was installed in a timely manner. Before they left, they ensured all my questions were answered and the fridge features were working perfectly. Guler's has us as customers for life! Our thanks to the entire Guler team!”

“I don’t know why you guys are all talking trash. I got a three month warranty on a washer, dryer and dishwasher and they all still work. That was like five years ago. Don’t buy the shiny stainless steel one. The manufacturer only gives us six month limited warranty. People need to stop shopping based off of looks and start shopping based off performance. Maybe you wouldn’t have problems then.”

“Updated review from my 3/27/2020 visit: Still updating our home. Finally we've come to the living room. When it was time to paint, the color didn't look right and they said bring it back and they'd fix it. Next color, still not right! (it was too light and I just needed it a little darker) I call the paint department (thank goodness it's Meg) and she tells me to bring it up and we'll see what we can do. I walk in to see a line of people. (I'm assuming everyone is hating their home now that they have to stay in them) Meg has phoned a friend from the plumbing department to help her out. (Sabrina) They're running around, things are breaking/ malfunctioning, and the line is still growing! (this is about a half an hour before closing.) When I reached my turn, Meg took my paint, 2 gallons, and we played with the color until it was exactly what I wanted. There was maybe 10 people in line, but it felt as though I had her undivided attention. She was personable, positive, and patient. Sabrina kept it light and comical while people waited by jokingly reminding them about the 6 ft rule and Meg offered to sing karaoke to them. At the end, when I received my new color, she said if I didn't love it to bring it back again. (Update on that-it's perfect!) That dynamic duo rocked. Great attitudes and a great experience from the paint department yet again! (We love everyone we have dealt with at The Home Depot!)”

“Wanted to come on here to say the MOD (Ray) for customer service went above and beyond to help me with a return. I had purchased two Bose earbud products, one being the earbud open ultras, and the other being the quiet comforts I came to return them because I did not enjoy them and they didn’t give me the excitement. I thought they would. At first the associate helping said the serial numbers do not match. And called the manager (Ray) as a manager myself for retail I knew what their first thoughts could be ifykyk. So I got worried because I did purchase them items brand new online on the Best Buy app. And these items are not cheap so I did get flustered because how were these items brand new and the serial numbers not matching??? Ray explained the policy and I know that policy states the serial numbers must match in order to receive return. Ray gave me the benefit of the doubt and went out of their way to go to the sales floor grab the same exact items I purchased and discovered that BOSE is not matching their serial numbers for their products. Short story I got my return. Ray was very wonderful and empathetic. And explained to her associates to be vigilant when that happens with the products to be certain before dismissing the customer. Ray I hope this finds you thank you for your help. And it’s customer service skills like yours that make the difference! You rock!”
