After several years experience as a customer, I can honestly say that they have gone the extra mile and put great concern into each and every interaction and transaction I’ve made on roughly a monthly basis for our Pack and personal purchases. It’s staffed and operated like all stores “used to be”, back in “the good old days”, with a great focus on customer service.”
“I was recently at this store getting some last min school clothes for my kids. I was alone, wandering the store when a horribly blood curdling scream came from a few rows down. As the screaming continued I saw a young boy (approx 6) with his father. The boy was clearly on the autism spectrum and was obviously overwhelmed and over-stimulated. (Bright lights, loud music, people, clothes racks etc) the father of this boy was amazing! He stayed calm, quiet, and got down to his sons level. As I went over to give this dad some words of encouragement (as a fellow special needs parent, myself) a couple of lovely sales girls came over to ask how they could help! The father and I both said "the music is too loud for him" and right then they went to the sound system and turned the music way down! Everyone was willing to help this man, help his son. And they did so in a very kind, non-judgmental way! It meant a lot to me, and I'm sure it meant the world to that father!!! Cudos to the Saturday (8/19/23) afternoon staff and bless you all!!”

“Happened to be driving through the parking lot and saw through the window that they had sneakers so I thought I would stop and take a look. I was pleasantly surprised that the store was spacious, very clean and well organized with plenty of space between displays. Much better than most of the mall stores. I’m a 65 yo male so I know the type of clothing there was not necessarily marketed to me but I still had fun looking at all the trendy and interesting merchandise. I did end up purchasing some athletic shoes that were very reasonably priced and not too over the top for an old man like me! I would highly recommend checking it out.”

“I went in earlier this year to rent a suit for a wedding and the service I received there was amazing, they were able to get my size quickly and even do quick on the spot alterations when the suit came in. I went there recently (a few weeks ago I believe) to buy my first suit for an event I was attending later that week. Sean and Michael were awesome in helping me pair the suit with a shirt and shoes for the right style. Their tips were invaluable and they got the right fit pretty much on the first try. Overall this shop is a really cool place with great people and I will for sure be doing business there in the future.”
