“Tim is fantastic and mega honest! My assumption was a blown motor but Tim correctly assessed that it was a bad transmission. My 11 year old car runs practically brand new and he even fixed the alignment and washed the car. I thought for this was going to be out of budget but HyTech treated me right. “This is by far my personal best Walmart Auto Center Experiences. I knew I had purchased my tires in Lacrosse, WI at another Walmart, but a friend took my car in for me and used their phone number and spelled my last name wrong, so we were having trouble finding my road hazard warranty. The Gentlemen found the number on the tire, entered that into the system, which came up with my information which was all wrong, and still honored the road hazard warranty So the tire only cost me $40. Without the warranty it would’ve been $167. Due to this person’s nature and patience, and going above and be I was able to save a substantial amount of money. He was an absolute pleasure to work with.Aside from my amazing auto center experience, the rest of the staff inside this Walmart was extremely helpful. They were polite. They were friendly, not your typical Walmart experience, at least around here. This particular Walmart is about 20 minutes out of my way and it is the only one that I will visit on a regular basis.”
“Hi! So, my experience with the Walmart Auto Center started off bad but ended in a positive manner. So, I took my car for an oil change and was charged $44 which is fine. At the end, they notified me that I had a leak. I spoke to my dad and he said it’s usual for older cars to have leaks so I was gonna put it off a couple of days since I was busy with work but something in my gut was telling me to go to the mechanic so I took my car to Mark’s Auto since that’s what the cashier told me to do; go to a mechanic. When I got to Mark’s, they lifted my car and noticed the entire Engine Oil Filter Cap was missing and all that oil was almost completely gone. So, I had to pay $123 to fix that. The mechanic at Mark’s said it was off that the cap wasn’t there. So, the next day, my fiance and I went to Walmart and we showed them both the Walmart and Mark’s Auto receipt and they said they can’t refund the leak. But, that’s not what my concern was. I understand it’s my responsibility to pay for the repairs, but the fact that days prior to me taking it for an oil change at Walmart, I was consistently checking my oil and it had been perfect color and where it should be. But since I had extra cash, I decided to just get it done with. So, I know for a fact I had a filter cap on when I left my car in Walmart’s hands. The managers decided to take a look at the footage. They came back and claimed a filter cap was put on. But going off their body language, I could tell that they weren’t being 100% truthful by not making eye contact and other indicators. My fiance told them that what they were saying is a load of crap since he knows a little about cars and things like that don’t just disappear. They ended up switching their story a little bit by saying the camera was blurry. But after all of that, they issued the refund for the oil change at Walmart. I’m disappointed I had to pay $123 but at the end of the day, refunding my $44 was all that mattered to me. All the service members were helpful, as well as the managers, Carlos and Keen (if I spelled it right)”
“I gave 5 stars because of Tez!! The customer service rep. For the auto department!! This dude got excellent customer service! Friendly with a smile!! I hate going to get anything done on my truck, but I needed a oil change. He made it smooth and got me out of there fast!! I will be back!”
“I have had nothing but good experiences since I started going to this car wash. They usually have to help this old lady pay as sometimes I’m machine challenged. Today I managed to pay without help. But I still haven’t figured out everything on this car I got last June. Too many functions. Today I didn’t realize I didn’t turn my windshield wipers off, just on -abuse. Today it was windshield problems parking break problems and ,the guy just smiled and explained what to do, Never rolled his eyes either. I probably would have. I’ve had great service and a clean car every time! Today was just a basic wash and towel dry.”

“Finally found a place where I can bring every one of my vehicles that I trust the people behind the counter. I've been able to bring my daughter's old Lincoln to to my Ford super duty diesel, they are very prompt tell you how it is and if there is a problem they will definitely try to solve it the best way possible all to the point of even eliminating a bill in good faith. I definitely recommend these guys New Management, I hope they keep it up this is where I'm telling people to go for now on.”
