I've been able to bring my daughter's old Lincoln to to my Ford super duty diesel, they are very prompt tell you how it is and if there is a problem they will definitely try to solve it the best way possible all to the point of even eliminating a bill in good faith. “Fast, friendly, patient, and honest. Expected to have to pay for four new tires, and instead of charging me for something I didn't need, they were honest and fair. They reassured me that only two front tires were needed, and the back two were still in good shape with only one needing a patch. They could have overcharged me and made things more difficult for me. Instead, they were upfront and made sure I understood everything that was happening. Expected to spend over $400 or $500, but walked away spending less than half of that. Thank you so much!”

“Corey at Good Year rotated my tires on my Tesla. Glad to see he was familiar/trained with Tesla procedures.Also had a slow leak on one of the tires. Corey found the issue (metal screw). Corey plugged the tire.This second time guys at Good Year successfully plugged a tire for me (first, wife’s car). ?”

“Exceptional service and great customer service, thank you Spencer W! We have always used Discount Tire however we are new to the Rockford area and this is the first time we used Discount Tire in Rockford. I unfortunately picked something up in my tire which caused a flat, it was later in the day and we decided to try Discount due to the good experiences where we used to live. I know from past experience that Discount is usually busy, I anticipated that they may not have time to fix my flat and may need to leave the tire overnight. To my surprise, we waited just minutes before Spencer waited on us and he said they would be able to get it fixed before they closed. The tire was fixed within an hour and they offered to mount the tire back on our car which saved us the trouble of taking off the spare, they even placed the spare neatly back in the car. They went beyond my expectations, thanks for the quick repair so I did not have to drive on my donut for long. We will gladly continue to do business with Discount in Rockford!”

“On a Sunday at 3:30pm, we discovered we had a flat tire due to a screw. This shop was set to close at 4, but they said they would stay open for us. We arrived exactly at 4. We were greeted in a friendly manner and service was quick and very successful. The tire was patched and all four filled; we were back on the road in 30 minutes.”
“I had my muffler fall off as I was driving. I am a disabled vet I only have one leg I pulled into the tires plus in Cherry Valley IL and Mike and Steve all though they were very busy, pulled my van in and fixed it for me right away.
