“I do a lot of domestic shipping for my online business. In the past three years, I tried out 6 or 7 UPS stores in my area; I have to say this is THE BEST UPS STORE to do business with. Here are my reasons:1) People in this location are amicable, from the owner to everyone on his team. One time, I had a lot of items that needed to be shipped. The owner came out to the parking lot and helped me move my items inside the store. I have never experienced this level of customer service in any other USP stores.2) The store had dolley, a few flatbed carts you can use, which come in handy when you need to ship heavy items.3) This store is very well maintained and spotless.”

“An employee named Jared or Jaren went above and beyond last week. I called exactly when they opened (and he answered) because I needed to print funeral programs for that morning. He said he was the only one in but that he’d try to get it done. Then, he called me back to tell me that he hadn’t received the file (I had made a ridiculous typo in the email). It was so incredibly thoughtful to follow up and to make sure the programs were printed on time. I’m really appreciative and will choose this location for any elective ship/print/etc needs going forward.”

“This location was a very good experience for me! I had to return 13 boxes. They helped me unload from my vehicle and was pleasant. Had a problem with Amazon but Ali was so patience and helped me solved the problem. Offered me some water and made sure I was seating down to make me comfortable. I had to hug him after the time consuming it took me to solve issue with Amazon.Ali was so caring and supportive.I will go there going forward. I was100% customer service satisfied!!!”

“This is a very reliable location for all your mailing needs and more! I ship everything from this location for years now and they are always so easy to deal with. Customer Service is 10 stars every time! I needed something notarized and my bank said they couldn't do it until July 5th and I needed an appointment. Then I came here on a hunch that they had notary service. They notarized my document within 2 minutes and only charged $5! That beats all your time and gas wasted trying to get notary appointments for weeks later. Maaz was so patient and helped us with making a copy of the document, envelope then shipping the document for us. They saved the day and I'm very satisfied with all their service. The store is always spotless and clean. Rates are a lot better than the other UPS stores too. They also do USPO regular mail options. Services also include notary, copies, mail supplies and postal mail boxes. Best and only place you need to go for all your mail resources! Thanks Ahmed and Maaz for helping us so much!”

“Shipped some music equipment and they were very accommodating, super friendly and funny. I have never experienced this at a UPS store. I came with my items pre packaged so the process was very smooth. The owner is super cool too. If I’m ever in the area again , this will be my go to spot.”

“I needed to print 2 sided pages that fold open (like a book). The manager (didn't get his name), was super helpful in assisting me with the print job and even informed me that the printer has a fold function. After 1 or 2 tests, we got it perfect and printed the rest of the 30 copies. Was super thankful for his help and appreciate that I dont have to fold 30 pieces of paper, which would have come out less than perfect. Very friendly staff all around.”

“I had such a great experience at this place! The location is very convenient, located within the Hilton hotel just steps from the blue line train and terminals. The employee working there was sooo nice, she was very kind, professional and worked really hard to make sure that my documents were printed perfectly. I see that other reviews are complaining about costs, I thought that costs were reasonable considering the location, convenience and quality of service. I will definitely come back to this location if I need printing or copying services in the area.”

“Erin and her team are absolutely amazing. I won several lots of model trains from a local auction house and needed them shipped to me. The UPS Store picked everything up immediately, packed everything carefully, and shipped everything as economically as possible. This was not a small task, as the shipment was about 45 pieces, filling 9 boxes, weighing several hundred pounds in total. Not to mention, the trains are delicate and needed to be packed cautiously.I really appreciated the care, the speed, and the diligence to keep costs down! The actual shipping was almost half of what was quoted!! I was ecstatic.I'm completely blown away. Everything arrived safely and in great shape.I've worked with several other pack and ship companies and nothing compared to the superior level of service that I received. “I’ve been into this store only a few times, but each time I’ve gotten in and out quickly and without a problem. The staff there is great! Quick and efficient. Most recently, Atari, the employee who assisted me, she was so wonderful and helpful. She assisted me with printing labels and finding old thrown out boxes that I could use to complete my returns. She definitely saved me a second trip to the store and a lot of hassle. She is definitely a lovely woman. Thank you so much to Atari! Great customer service and I hope she and everyone reads this. “I recently had a situation where a package was received damaged after shipping from this location ( UPS Fault...not staff here) . I didn't think there was anything that could be done but mentioned it to the team at this location anyway. They said they would look into it and I forgot to call them back to ask if anything was actually done. To my surprise I received a phone call that the problem was resolved and compensation given. This was so unexpected, they followed through and are always so nice and helpful! Great staff!”
