Buikema's Ace Hardware is a local hardware store described as small enough for a quick trip but big enough to have general repair items, saving customers time and gas. It offers a personal touch for customers, providing screws, nuts, and anything else one might need. Reviews note the service from helpful staff, with mentions of amazing customer service and knowledge from employees who go above and beyond to assist with items like hornet killer, screen replacements, keys, batteries, nuts, and bolts. While one long-time customer feels service has declined over the years, other recent experiences highlight an upward trend, praising the kind and impressive help received from several staff members.
