Conveniently located in the hole at 63rd and main. I'm sure the only reason this parking lot doesn't flood out is because of the enginuity of the Ace hardware employees!”

Matt and Connor were super pleasant and helpful trying to track down what I was looking for.there was a 3rd guy that tried helping me find it who was also friendly and patient with me , but I didnt get his name. They also offer many solutions for service for different parts to different manufacturers you would be completely surprised they stock while offering them at a much better price. They also stock some more niche products you would not expect. I will also emphasize everything in this robust product offering is done so with phenomenal pricing. You will be greeted with counter salesman who also have good knowledge about the technical side of the industry which is not common. They are able to advise in many cases what best serves your needs. They are always friendly and operate with a sense of urgency to get your orders fulfilled. Everything from branch, to district to regional management is an excellent experience. I could not suggest a better supply house if you are looking for a dedicated branch specializing in Amana and Goodman products. They treat us as valued customers at all times.”

“I have to give this Ace Hardware a thumbs up! I am so glad that they are still in my area and haven't succumbed like so many smaller business entities. I had to replace the cartridge in my single handle shower faucet and after 3 trips there (and so many offers of guidance) I have to say I successfully completed the job with an outlay of less than $100. I'm sure that this saved me a lot from calling out a plumber (in addition to the fact I wouldn't have been able to use my shower until someone came out)! The staff is always so kind and helpful there. I know I probably pay a bit more for the convenience of having them close to my home, but it is well worth it when you know you are going to get assistance with whatever household task you are endeavoring to fix on your own!”

“What's not to love when the conversation deals with inexpensive tools, gadgets and the like. It's possible many of their goods are produced overseas and if that's a bother, seek out online whiteboards that discuss all the American made items. Stopped in randomly to look around. Found a handy tool to clear a clogged sink(in seconds), a ridiculous amount of rubber bands and a set of tool box accessories, all of which were on sale. There is always some sort of price reductions on useful items you may not (necessarily) need but could have use for one day. With that said, also got some solar pathway pucks for the yard. As seen on TV quality. If you have one of these local to you, it's worth joining their loyalty perks program so you stay up-to-date on price breaks. If you're in the services/ trades, they have many of your needs and offer used equipment for sale.”

No retail establishment will ever be perfect nor can it be, but I still appreciate this Menards for my various home maintenance needs.Just recently located in the parking lot of this Menards (December, 2023) there was a Mexican food truck by the name of The Gorditas Tacos.They have the best Cabeza tacos out of all of Chicagoland that we have tried to date!My fiancé and I have been trying Mexican food throughout Chicagoland for years and out of all of Chicago and the suburbs, this food truck has made the very best Cabeza tacos!I cannot find them on Google, but have requested an addition of this food truck to Google Maps.”

“I went to Home Depot today looking for some paint and the man at the paint station (I think his name was Jeff) was SO helpful!!! He realized I didn't really know what I was doing or what products I needed, and he took the time to explain the process, recommend certain paint techniques, helped me select which products to buy, and answered all my questions. I've never had such incredible service at a store like this before. He was so focused on helping his customers that I didn't get a chance to properly thank him before he was off to help someone else. Please give Jeff a raise because whatever you are paying him is not enough! :) Even the lady who checked me out was friendly and greeted me with a smile. 10/10 experience shopping at this store, I will definitely be back if I have any other home improvement needs!”

“Since this store first opened they have come around full circle. Every project we have hired them to do for us has been spotless. There was a little miscommunication with the luxury flooring as far as them having it sitting when it was suppose to be delivered but that was all worked out and they got us moved up with their installers. We had GS Flooring which is their sub contractor for flooring they use. We had our bathrooms done years ago and now finally got the rest of our first floor completed and it absolutely looks fabulous!! The crew with GS Flooring was so fantastic!! Cannot honestly say enough about them! The guys worked hard and were completely done in 2 days with no messing around. We got the Lifesource Flooring which is Home Depot's exclusive brand. Looks fabulous! I'll post some after pics after everything is all cleaned up and back in place.”

Today I needed a screen replacement for my window. Alexia was amazing handling the customer ahead of me and still smiling asking how she could help me. I was so impressed with her customer service and knowledge. I asked are you in line to be a manager and she said I wish. I asked her why not and she said I'm only 19.
