“This a very late post but I wanted to make sure I give credit when credit is due. ABRI has been very good to me, especially the Frankfort location!!! I was looking for a new car and they financed me at a great rate. I purchased the vehicle and less than a month later I was in a horrible accident, flipped over with my mom in the car and everything. Thank god no one was majorly injured, just a little banged up. Well ABRI, was very sympathetic and accommodating. Made the process of totaling out my car and getting me financed again a seamless process. From always being available by phone, answering all my questions, accommodating my work schedule, allowing me to email signed documents instead of coming in. I was literally in tears signing my loan paper work the 2nd time because I had been so stressed from the accident, looking for a new car at the same price as the previous one, dealing with medical, insurance, etc and ALL the ladies at Frankfort from the cashier, loan officer, manager etc took the weight off my shoulders. I truly appreciate them for making my life so much easier at that time. They were truly a blessing!!!”
“What a positive experience I had with correcting a mistake I made when paying my CU VISA bill last month. I put another credit card company's check in the envelope that went to my C&T VISA address, but with Nancy's wonderful help, staying on top of the refund situation, I was able to get back on track and have the correct payment go to the correct credit card. I have been a member of this credit union for nearly 50 years and their services have never disappointed me, but this was the first time I really needed help with the refunding of a large amount of money. Nancy goes to the "head of the class" for her efforts! Thank you, thank you, thank you!”

You can tell she really cares about her members! We are now planning on moving most of our banking to the credit union because our great experience with her! “They are always so friendly and accommodating. I saw a review that said they never answer the phone and won't call back. That has never been mine or my family's experience for something like 40 years overall. There are usually 2 people working in there only (it's a small credit union not a massive bank ffs) and if they are both busy helping clients then obviously you might be temporarily inconvenienced for a few minutes. Oh well too bad so sad for you I guess. If you want to leave your money in a bank where the people who work there are always nice and actually know who you are and will protect your identity then it's a great bank to work with. If you want all the bells and whistles of a huge corporate bank then go there instead. No need to write mean reviews.”
“Rarely do I use the services of small suburban establishments, but this credit Union works with all,no matter your shape,color of your skin, or etc. My lil sister used them as well and told me about them. They give fair interest rates on loans. Willing to work with you if you communicate with them”
