“A few years ago I came into this branch to open up a checking account and was openly greeted by everyone there and treated with respect. All my questions were answered and the process was painless and swift. Bassma took care of me then and recently I went back there to inquire about some other services that I had interest in. She once again took care of me by answering all my questions and offered a lot of viable suggestions regarding my inquiries and even added some that I had not even thought of. I will most definitely be pursuing one or more of the suggested options and be making an appointment to do so.
It was suggested to call and make an appointment for better service instead of just dropping in, but I honestly don't see how that's possible. The service I got (and get) when I go there is 100% and the only thing I can think of that would make it better was if I made an appointment and was greeted with a nice big slice of lemon creme pie and a scoop of butter pecan ice cream haha... Just kidding(or am I?)
All joking aside, it's a very professional place with very friendly employees and I'm glad to do my business with them. For those that've said they've had bad experiences there; I can only wonder why since I haven't had one, but I do go in smiling instead of grumpy so maybe that's why?
