“I recently visited Jewel Osco and overall had a positive experience. The store is clean, well-organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I found almost everything I needed quickly, and the produce section was particularly impressive with its freshness and variety.
However, I did find the spirit selection to be somewhat lacking. While they carry a decent range of popular brands, the variety isn’t as extensive as I had hoped. I was looking for a few specific types of whiskey and rum that they didn’t carry. It would be great if they could expand their offerings to include more niche and craft spirits.
Despite this, Jewel Osco remains a convenient and reliable place for my grocery shopping, and I will definitely continue to shop here. I hope to see a wider selection of spirits in the future.”
“My husband and I held our wedding reception here since he was local to the area and had been a customer at Fat Ricky’s for years. All of the staff we worked with were very accommodating, Jazzy and Genesis specifically were very helpful with coordinating and making sure the event ran smoothly. The food was affordable and our guest kept complimenting our choices. The highlights were the chicken limone, breaded eggplant, mini meatball apps and the papas casserole. We were able to fit 80 people very comfortably, and still had plenty of room for a professional DJ and Photo Booth. Everyone had a blast and we couldn’t have picked a better establishment to work with for our special day. Thank you to the entire staff of Fat Ricky’s and Franconi’s!”
“I have visited the store several times. I have always received great customer service. The store was clean and organized. There is a wide selection of imported foods. I love the availability of prepared foods such as kenkey, banku, meat pies, puff puff, chin chin, breads etc. There are a variety of drinks such as malt, juice, ginger beer etc. I always leave with a delicious snack.”
“I had a bad experience at first when I was denied price match on this toy for my son but after having spoken to the store manager and Jazmina they have uplifted and gave me hopes for the customer service at this store. “The meat selection is always excellent. The place is always so clean, organized, and well stocked. It was a bit of a drive for me, but it was well worth it. However, I recommend you pay cash or their is a fee for cards.”
“In all honesty this place used to be kind of dirty a few years back, but just recently stopped by for some tortillas because it was the closest thing to me for a quick stop and it actually looked very neat, clean and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back again!”
“2nd shift crew was amazing. Deliveries CANNOT arrive sooner than 15 minutes prior to appointment. No parking onsite and only porta potty. I showed up at 1845 for 1900 appointment. Got into door directly and unloaded and bills in hand in under 2 hours. Unloading fees depend on your load. I believe those fees are thru Roadsync. I would gladly deliver here again ???”

“Aldi is the best. Really. Look at all the things I've found there?!? Plus so many low cost organic ABs gluten free items. This location Dure's not have self check out but the prime that with there are very helpful.”
