“5 stars for the actual crew! They were all really great. They worked through the heat and even rain. They were careful with all of our stuff. Everything was wrapped and protected and the crew were cautions to avoid bumping into walls or door jams. Protected plastic was put down to protect flooring and carpets as well. The local office itself gets 4 stars because the crew was late and no one called us to let us know. When we called to check where the crew was at, the office rep was extremely rude.”

“GoGo Movers is great! We highly recommend them after their work helping us move from a 4th floor apartment (with an unreliable elevator) to a house, and we plan to hire them in the future as well. Very respectful, quick, and focused.”

“Nothing but good things to say about this company. I booked a next morning junk removal and they called me that night to get details and confirm. Next day they were right on time and were so great with our disorganized chaos. We needed their help fast and they delivered! They gave us a great price too! Highly recommend.”

“Fantastic experience, went through multiple different chairs before coming to a conclusion, Tom even went the extra distance and wiped the furniture down before carrying it to my care (as I had a toddler holding my hand.) 10/10, I recommend this place to anybody else looking for a great product and even greater customer service”

“Today has been extremely stressful, but Tay at the Loves Park, IL location made my whole experience so much better! After getting an attitude and snapped at by an employee at a UHaul 4 hours away I decided to cancel my truck drop off and the storage unit i rented. I immediately called the local business and Tay set me up with the truck return and walked me through the app to rent a unit at the Forest Hills location. We spent about 30 minutes on the phone and he was super kind, respectful, knowledgeable, sympathetic to my situation and had me chuckling by the end of the call. He is an asset to the company and we've above and beyond to help me relax and the stress disappear. Huge shout out to Mike who took my first call and set up the truck dropoff, too! This isn't my first experience with this location, I have rented trucks and had a hitch put on my truck, but it IS the BEST location. Kindness really goes a long way, especially during the stress of a move, so hiring the best for the job is imperative. U-Haul scored some really great employees at this location. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! The extra effort they put into helping me made all the difference in the world.”
