“I was looking for a white 5 drawer lateral filing cabinet for my home office. I did my own research and went to several other companies and compared.
My first choice was AOI in Roselle. I got a fantastic price on a used cabinet. When I say fantastic, I hit the jackpot. The condition was like new. The other places I went to could not come close in pricing, quality, condition, and customer service.
I worked with Liza Guzman. She is the showroom manager. Liza treated me as if I were purchasing a new cabinet. I also met with, I believe was the warehouse manager. I cannot remember his name, but he was so helpful explaining what to expect when we came to pick up the cabinet. I must say all their employees are fantastic just like the products they carry and their service. AOI definitely treats their customers in such a professional manner. A quality that is missing from a lot of companies these days.

“If you are OTR and delivering here, they open at 6am. The docks have garage doors and you will have to back in from the street. I was given dock door #8.
If there are vehicles parked in front of the door they give you, you will have to wait for them to move them.
Given my experience delivering today, it’s best to wait until they have finished moving ALL of their equipment first before trying to dock; less disruptions, confusion, and distractions.
Docking is a bit tight off the street, but with little to no traffic rolling through, an Alley Dock is very doable. Trying to “L” it in will have you jumping the curb and possibly hitting strategically placed huge rocks. Snaking it might be possible once all of the equipment is moved.
Just be mindful of the local traffic here; if you don’t line it up right and need to reset, be sure to pull forward SLOWLY and check your mirrors! It’s Illinois, so like NY and NJ, they’ll come outta nowhere and fly all around you while in motion!”
