“Staff here are always friendly and helpful. Brooke is so gentle and caring with our reluctant dogs when doing their nail trim/grind. They carry a broad selection of food, treats, toys and gear. I like that it's a small store -- you can find things easily and never have to search for someone to help you.”

“Pretty standard pet supply place. They probably have what your looking for. They carry a wide variety for cats and dogs. No live animals except reptile food and betas. The staff is always friendly and offers to help get your stuff to your car. Parking is close. The facility could use a spruce up but it is a pet supply house so who really cares. Prices are in line.”
“I would HIGHLY recommend Meowoff they are so incredible! I got the most beautiful Siberian kitten and she is so sweet and completes me! I would absolutely go through Meowoff again for a kitten!”
“I bring my pup here for nail dremeling and I’ll never go anywhere else. Like many dogs, it’s not his favorite thing…but he’s had a particularly rough time at other places. He’s escaped the grip of people at the large chain pet stores, had to be muzzled at the vet, etc. Sean is so quick and skilled with how he handles him, we’re in and out in about 5 minutes! Highly recommend!”

“I'm not sure what's with all of the recent 1 star reviews. I adopted 2 cats from here. One sadly passed away and the other she's still alive and healthy. I was very new when I adopted my first cat but the screening/background check process didn't take too long. Before you knew it, I was able to take my cat home. The agency was very helpful with any questions I had as a new owner at the time. By the time, I adopted my second cat from there, the process seemed quicker since they had all of my information on file. I would definitely adopt from them again.”

“The trainer , Lauren Tracey, is wonderful and very knowledgeable. We have been training with her for 1.5+ years . We have passed all the classes and she is making more classes with new and old lessons. Our dog loves it and I keep him socialized and not just stuck with the family.We have to work with and learn about our dog and how to handle him.”

“Great place to take your dog for grooming! Definitely the place to go in Elmhurst! Reasonable and great grooming. Never have trouble with pick-up or drop-off. This is the type of place you take your animals that you really care about as they don't allow dozens of animals at the same time. They even do a tolerance check of your animal and other animals. Who drops their dog off an hour and a half early?....geez David N. Do you go to the doctor an hour and half early and expect to be serviced?”

UPDATE I change it only because I adopted my pet here. And I was helped by Ron, who honored the online price for me on a pricey item and was very nice. Thanks Ron. Merry Christmas.While it's a feast for the eyes for pet owners they are too pricey. Staff does not offer help even though they do greet you occasionally. Love that they have an animal shelter. Place is always clean.”
