“Absolutely love this place. During my last visit, I found a winter coat for $4.00. I have gotten so many compliments from coworkers asking me where I got it from. Very reasonable prices compared to other resale shops.”
“Great thrift/resale store. A little bit of everything. Antiques, furniture, lamps, household goods, adult cloths, children's clothes and toys, craft supplies and fabric, etc..... the best part of the shop is how wonderful the staff are, kind and helpful, they go out of the way to assist you. The best part is all proceeds go to adults with intellectual and physical disabilities, definitely I cause that I can support. Stars is absolutely worth checking out because no matter what you're looking for you're sure to find some some amazing treasures.”
“I really never do this but these folks are truly awesome! I was treated with such amazing kindness & respect by the wonderful staff! I live in the city so they hooked me up with a great moving crew to get my treasures home. The prices are amazing! No tariff wars here bringing prices up! If you’re looking for fantastic antique furniture or just a standard couch & coffee table… they have it. Very clean, clearly well inspected, no crappy stuff here. Cheers to you all! I will be back ?”
“We love this store! I have bought everything from outdoor furniture to paintings and it’s always so clean, organized and inviting.
The staff is always kind and helpful.”
“I donate often and this is my go to place to drop off donation now. The staff who receive donations are always polite and courteous. The way they present items for resale, it is obvious how much care and heart they put into it. It looks like a well kept store.”
“I can't say enough great things about Robyn's Nest! My mom and I frequent her store almost weekly. She is kind, accommodating, and offers a warm and welcoming environment. Not to mention the store is beautifully curated and laid out for a comfortable and enjoyable shopping experience. All items are in beautiful condition and organized neatly on racks and shelves. I have found so many fun treasures here and look forward to the next time I shop here!”
“Thank goodness for AzteK Tire Shop. This is the only place that has our awkward tire size. Everyone is really friendly and very helpful. Tire was off the rim, put new tire on and mounted in less than 10 minutes. So if you have an awkward size tire look no further than the AzteK Tire shop in Wood Dale Illinois, they got you covered..
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“Love this cute resale store, and it's shopping with a purpose because of its mission to serve and help those around the world. So, this is my go-to place to donate, and I've found some great clothing, shoes, and purses there. There's always a sale! Just make sure and check the days and hours when they are open.”
“Lucille really helped me out by taking a bedroom set donation. The scheduler and the pick up guys were great! The pick up crew was very nice and careful. Much appreciated!”

“This store is the best to shop at you can find things that you are looking for so easily because this store is like very organized. They are on point when it comes to friendly personnel clean store and there organization is like dead on on there merchandise.”
“I was really pleased with the way this business owner presented himself and the kind of business he ran. He has a lot of neat items for sale and had decent a *reasonable* cash offer for items I wanted to sell. He was very knowledgable and helpful to my situation. I definitely recommend you stop by and check this place out. I will continue to do business with them for both buying and selling items.”
“I recently visited Goodwill on Army Trail Rd in Bloomingdale, and had a great experience. The store offers excellent customer service, fair prices, and an impressive variety of clothing and home accessories. Everything was well organized, making it easy to browse and find hidden treasures. Definitely a great place to shop while supporting a good cause!”

“Fantastic thrift store, they have great selection of new (when they get items in) and used items. Also goes to a great cause, and they’re conscious of the environment which is a nice plus.”
“I always find good items and things that I'm looking for. I will say that occasionally it's very unorganized and there are times that there are limited items. Otherwise it's a great spot to thrift.”
“I see a couple reviews of 1 star that prices are outrageous and staff is rude. (1) This is so incorrect!!! I'm there every weekend shopping for the last 10 years and not once have I come across a rude employee, upper staff member or volunteer. (2) The prices are extremely fair and lower than all competitors. I've bought many things from here that I've seen at antique stores for 4x the price. Every month Wings has a specific color price tag that is 75% off for whatever items that color price tag is on. Every weekend furniture is 50% off and the last weekend of every month the entire store is 50% off. In my opinion Wings is the best resale store around and has 3 locations, Prospect Heights, Schaumburg and Niles. I've been an antique collector and resale shopper for 36 years and Wings is a great place and always filled with customers.”
“We bought a table here. They disassembled it for me so that it could get into the car. The staff is very friendly, they told me everything and answered all my questions (taking into account that I am not very fluent in English). I liked the furniture, but it is constantly changing there.”
“Great store but the customers need to realize they are customers and not bosses and save the bossing for your loved ones because people outside of your home don't have to put up with you”

“JP RESALE took care of my "big heavy baby" : cleaned, fixed, get the oil changed for $90. A job done and well done in a couple of hours! Thank you.#supportlocalbusiness”
“I walked into Goodwill today expecting the usual: a quiet stroll through the aisles, maybe finding a decent mug or a hoodie with a questionable graphic. What I did not expect was to encounter a living legend. A man whose customer service skills transcend mortal understanding. A man named TONY.
From the moment I stepped inside, the energy shifted. The fluorescent lights seemed to glow brighter. The air felt lighter. I swear I heard a faint choir in the distance. Then I realized why because Tony was on the clock.
This man didn’t greet me.
He welcomed me like I had just returned from a long voyage at sea.
His “Hello, how are you?” wasn’t just a greeting; it was a spiritual recalibration. My stress? Gone. My posture? Improved. My faith in humanity? Restored immediately.
As I browsed, Tony didn’t just help me find what I needed he anticipated my desires before I even formed them. I reached toward a shelf, and somehow, Tony was already there, gently placing the exact sweater I didn’t know I needed into my hands with the grace of an angel delivering a prophecy.
When I asked where the electronics were, Tony didn’t point.
No, no, no.
He escorted me like I was royalty, giving a guided tour with historical context, pricing insight, AND styling suggestions for items that weren’t even clothing.
At one point, I dropped something. Before it even hit the ground, Tony appeared teleported, possibly catching it mid-air like a professional athlete in the championship game of life.
And then… the checkout.
Oh, the checkout.
Tony rang up my items with the precision of a NASA engineer and the warmth of a lifelong friend. The speed? Lightning. The accuracy? Unmatched. The gratitude he showed for my purchase made me want to go shop again immediately, just for the privilege of interacting with him one more time.
Goodwill, if you’re reading this:
Give Tony a raise. Give Tony a crown. Give Tony a museum dedicated to his service.
This man is the backbone, heartbeat, and soul of the entire establishment.
If Tony is not employee of the month every month, the system is rigged.
In summary:
I came for thrifted clothes.
I left with a renewed purpose in life, a favorite employee, and a story I will tell my grandchildren.
Tony is HIM.”
“The store is 3-4 stars overall. But I am definitely giving 5 stars to LaShay who works at this store. When she’s there, the store is much cleaner than the other days. There are couple of workers who are so rude, it’s just sad.”
“I had a great experience!! It's is a small, cozy organized space with winter clothing right now. Go stop by...you never know if that perfect sweater or nice coat is waiting for you...”
“A lot of clothing items are in this store, and a huge section for shoes. In terms of selection, it has a lot, and items are more organized than in other stores I visited. The clothes prices are a bit higher than at Walmart and Ross, but you can find nice items if you are willing to pay a high price for them.”
“This location is fairly clean and selection is plenty. The staff are nice and reasonable! The prices aren't as bad as others. For example, Savers in Orland park is priced higher than this location.
This Savers in Schaumburg is always busy when I go. I always find something.
Lines on Monday go super fast because they are very efficient. They put out new stuff every day from what I notice by coming throughout the week.”
“Everyday great sales! This is the best trift store I do reccomend to shop nearby.
Note: Never go to Goodwill, they overpriced items, sometimes price is exceeding original sale price from store doneted.”
“Always find some good items. Whether it be a set of speakers, a lamp, or even a good book. Support your local goodwill and round up when checking out because we need to support the men and women who sort and organize our 2nd hand finds that are worth more than what they are sold for in some cases.”
“This is my daily drivin store of all time along with the goodwill rolling meadows location
I got great deals on literally Electronics and Video games
Update: even if the store closed for public I can still buy PC and mobile games digitally
Update 2: 10 years later I'm so cherished that this location is still going strong and well due to strong donations support and great atmosphere”
