Good service but paying convenience fee for them Holding your package for a day is for a premium. Do it if your out of town and are staying in the hotel

Whoever the person was working on Friday morning May 31st was incredibly kind and helpful. Just received my shipment and everything was carefully and kindly wrapped and packaged to ensure it arrived intact. Incredible customer service. Thank you.
