“Although customer service wasn’t able to help me with what I needed I’m not going to be sour grapes and give them a bad review because their customer service was excellent and they did exactly what they were supposed to do. I didn’t get the results I liked, but they were still very good at what they did.The store is extremely well stocked with a huge variety of items!Each department has a good variety of items and sizes and the racks are extremely full.The store is easy to get to from the parking lot. It is very clean well designed and easy to find what you need.”

“I purchased a pair of high top converse shoes for my granddaughter in Chicago at a pop-up store. We live in Wisconsin and when we got home, we realized we had two left feet, one canvas, one leather. I called the store in Chicago and they have never set up a mailbox so I had no one to contact. I did call Mark at the store in Rosemont. He was very helpful and tried to offer many alternative way for us to figure this out. I appreciate all the time and energy he put into it. Kudos to him. ❤️”
“One of my favorite Nike stops. Always great customer service. But out of the last 10 years this is the most disappointing sneak selection. They have a lot of running shoes in a 14, and a dismal selection of regular and Jordan sneakers. Hopefully they get it together.”

The shoes are well laid out and displayed, and were well stocked.
The store is primarily modern design and it’s easy to navigate to store and find what you need.

“I went there today to get some Christmas gifts for my 12 month old grand niece and the blond lady who was also working the cashier was sooo good at her job that it made my first ever baby shopping experience positive. I got 2 dresses and because of this excellent attendant was finally able to find a pair of gold baller flats to match our baby’s dresses. She is very helpful, knowledgeable and a great representation of your company! Kudos to her!”

“We go out of our way when traveling to visit the Columbia factory stores. This store felt smaller than many we have been in. The inventory felt like it was all older- that said, when we frequent Columbia factory stores, about 1-2 times a month as we travel, most of them seem to have some new and updated inventory. This one may have had some, it just didn’t strike us as fresh. And yes we do understand the factory stores don’t necessarily have the most current releases. They did have quite a bit of inventory and a couple clearance racks both for men’s and women’s clothing. The racks are always hit or miss, but when you find something you really want, the clearance prices are usually exceptional. In our experience the Factory Stores have always been quite a bit less expensive, even for non-clearance items, than big outdoor stores.
All that said, we come to Columbia factory stores because we love the Columbia clothing and quality. We appreciate being able to try items on. We are both members of their perks club and appreciate the discount coupons (usually for the following month available to use in store or online) as well as the many many benefits offered by being a member. The staff were attentive and helpful. The store seemed clean and well lit.”

“On Memorial Day I went to Finish Line. I had a great experience with Zariah at Finish Line in the Fashion Outlet Mall. From the moment I approached her, she was patient and attentive. I had a question about the Addidas. Zariah went beyond the expectation. She called or found out somehow the Grey Adidas my daughter wanted were at The HIP Mall in JD or Footlocker I think she said. Her professionalis and kindness made the interaction smooth and stress-free. excellent customer service truly stood out—I appreciate her patience and willingness to assist.
