Ms. Asia at the front desk was amazing. There were a couple of snafus with my room and i had been on the road for 3 weeks. I was tired and cranky but she turned it around. This was the last leg of my trip and she gave me the strength to finish out my work trip strong. Thank you for everything Ms Asia.
