“Everything was great. However, one of my biggest pet peeves is standing in water that's backing up in the shower. The water in the sink also was backed up. The bathroom sink had backed up dirt in the sink.”
“Having lived in Chicago for 10 years I was skeptical of this location but have to say: this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I never sleep well when traveling but both nights I slept incredibly well. Easy breakfast options in the morning with lots of options for lunch and dinner within walking distance. I enjoyed a glass of wine at the bar and a sponsored happy hour - great food and good drinks. Would highly recommended for those looking for an option outside of the city, especially for a conference.”

“Fyi, everything about this hotel is expensive. Overpriced actually. $15 for a 6oz pour of Meiomi wine. $30 for an omelet (not the greatest). The mac n cheese is terrible, no flavor. Location is good. There are several spots to go across the street, i suggest Ostras....great happy hour menu, good cook and menu. Parking here is a minimum $22 per night. Room are a good size.”

“View of the airplanes are pretty cool. Breakfast was pretty good each morning. Complimentary shuttle to O'Hare airport not bad, had to work around the shuttle pick ups from airport to accommodate our itinerary which used the blue line to get to the city and back. The Asian manager lady needs to learn how to smile..she was nicer to Hyatt reward members, but seemed annoyed at me and my kids. The tall manager guy with glasses was really nice!”
“Visited chicago and stayed at this location of Best Western . What i liked was the location. Close to the airport and the area is nice. The room included parking and breakfast. However thier internet was not working on my stay and also the fire alarm kept waking me up.”
