The young lady helping me explained that this was an outlet and that the bag I was looking for was specific to Coach retail stores. She took me to a small section that had regular retail Coach products. I was able to select a bag, a charm, and perfume for my daughter with her help. She also had everything boxed up and gift wrapped. I will be coming here for all of my Coach purchases in future.”
