“I must give a glowing review for Shannon (Store Mgr) and her entire friendly and knowledgeable crew, as they are a team of ‘excellence’ at Wauconda’s Tractor Supply! I shop there regularly and for every visit, the team caters to every need and any question or heavy lifting and go above and beyond (even when I couldn’t be there physically due to an emergency situation, they managed a special order and delivery to my horse when I couldn’t shop and expedite!). I always feel the ‘small town’ vibe there…shop at Wauconda TS and they are all friends who care! I can tell that the team members are happy with their work because I’m always greeted with a smile and eagerness to serve.The community who shops there too, is a special one… Wauconda’s Tractor Supply has a great following! Equine Products are readily available and more is wanted! ***The Apparel section needs more variety, because I will buy at my favorite store in town, location presents itself for having bigger names (ariat) and more apparel and seasonal gear. Thank you Wauconda TS for the assurances your company provides in my purchases and care for my horse!”

BE sure to go to the building materials desk and get a pick ticket. You can take the pick ticket to the checkout line and then pull your truck into the lumber yard in back for the most efficient loading!”

“Probably my favorite Lowe's store in the area. The store is always stocked and the staff is super friendly and always making great suggestions when you're looking to do a project. They are also quick to share the amazing deals that are going on too. For this particular visit, we went to get a new Christmas tree. And while folks went feral for trees, we had our eye on only one, and they didn't have any on the floor. This one gentlemen noticed that we were looking at it and came us to us to tell us they had one left and he's happy to grab it for us. And he did! We were in and out in 10 minutes while others were still fighting over trees. He also shared with us some of the other deals that were going on and next thing we knew we walked out with a cart and car full of things we didn't know we needed but were so fun we couldn't say no! Haha.”

The last year however the people that work there have been amazing and I am really impressed with this place! Brandon and Paul are awesome and Bianca was cool too. “I had been in this store far too many times. The store was average for a big box hardware store. The customer service was the same. Well I went in a few weeks ago and walked up and down the aisles for over ten minutes seeking assistance and with no success. I did let them know at CS as I was leaving to go to Menards across the street. Well this past weekend I went back in to get more items and had such a hard time getting help AGAIN. I finally asked for a manager and I met Venus. Well this woman changed my whole outlook on personal customer care! After I explained what I needed and my previous experience she rolled up her sleeves and jumped right in to help me. She even helped me cut material for me!!!! It was Venus, Sam and Miguel who had me appreciating the customer service at this Fox Lake home depot! They over staff during the day to assist the contractors who come in, which are professionals and don't need the kind of assistance as the DIY people that come in after working hours and weekends. Home Depot maybe you can fix that. Please note the 5 star is for the amazing customer service I received from these three individuals !! I am yelling a thousand thank you' s to Venus, Sam and Miguel!!!”
